Lack of charge by customer
A booster is meant for jumpstart purposes only, it may not be used as a power supply, charger or for reprogrammings
Use of a different charger than the original one
Charger has been damaged by customer (damaged cord, broken charger)
Fuse has been replaced by a non-approved fuse
Fuse is blown (if booster pack is returned with a blown fuse, a chargeable repair will apply)
Traces of abuse on the booster: short-circuit on the clamps, overheat, marks of acid inside the booster
