ROCOL 15705 BAKERLUBE HT 20L

ROCOL® BAKERLUBE HT is an NSF H2 registered, graphite based, high temperature dry film chain lubricant. It is specifically formulated for the lubrication of oven chains subjected to extremes of temperature up to 550°C. ROCOL BAKERLUBE HT is ideal for the lubrication of conveyor chains in high temperature environments where the risk of product contamination by a wet lubricant cannot be tolerated. For example, bakery oven chains, or where temperatures are too high for wet lubricants to be used.
High temperature graphited chain and conveyor lubricant

• Temperature range: Moist film –10°C to 180°C & Dry film up to +550°C.
• ROCOL BAKERLUBE HT should be applied below 120°C to achieve full penetration of the graphited lubricating solids.
• ROCOL BAKERLUBE HT is very low fuming, therefore removing the cost of installing high efficiency extraction fans often found necessary with other similar products.
• Contains fine particles of high purity graphite for excellent penetration and performance.
• The product does not attract dust/dirt when operating as a dry film above 180°C.
• ROCOL BAKERLUBE HT offers excellent extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear properties at high temperature giving reduced wear and longer chain life.
• Biologically hard formulation - resists bacterial growth.
