ROCOL® PX-32 is military grade corrosion preventative for the preservation and corrosion inhibition of structural members of airframes, interior surfaces of aircraft skins, components, bare metal and over certain paint systems. ROCOL PX-32 is based on unpigmented petroleum materials dispersed in hydrocarbon solvents. PX-32 does not contain bitumen or halogenated solvents. The PX-32 specification includes tests for freedom from corrosive effects,
film forming, sag,
transparency and adhesion.
Corrosion Preventative: Cold applied, hard, transparent film for aircraft structures
• Temperature range: -40°C to +110°C.
• Heavy duty, waxy film for long term corrosion protection.
• Excellent corrosion protection outdoors for up to 2 years.
• ROCOL PX-32 has good de-watering properties.
• ROCOL PX-32 exhibits good penetration.
• Can provide a light lubricating film in some applications.
• Ideal for outdoor corrosion protection of exposed metal parts.
• Resistant to removal by aircraft exterior cleaner.
• Resistant to anti-icing and de-icing fluids.
• Does not contain silicones or chlorinated solvents.
